[TWO BOOKS BOUND TOGETHER] - Oxford edition of Book of Common Prayer containing Psalms dated 1773, and Holy Bible (King James version) containing Apocrypha dated 1776. 260X210mm. Unpaginated (approx. 1000 pages). Full Leather Brown Hardcover. Ribbed spine. Cover faded, scratched and mildly stained. Cover corners slightly tattered. Lower spine edge has a small worm mark (not penetrating into inner cover) and is partly missing. Upper spine edge bumped and slightly torn. Previous owner's stamp on inner cover, small worm mark on inner cover upper edge near binding. One small worm hole penetrating into approx. 30 first pages - no damage to text. Pages yellowing, some page edges partly stained (no damage to text). First and last few pages almost detached with binding visible, tattered on edges and near binding. [SUMMARY]: These rare editions of beautifully bound Book of Common Prayer and Holy Bible have unfortunately suffered some damage, but are still in good reading condition.
