This is a very good hardcover copy of the original, limited edition of 500 copies, signed by both authors. Completely clean inside and out, but for one tiny signature on the green front endpaper, and the spine just a bit faded. No dust jacket, no slipcase. Top page-edge gilt. This is a classic, with a full treatment of the origins of blown glass in the colonies, and the subsequent development of a great industry. Bibliography.
