The book's spine has split and is partly damaged, corners a little worn, librarys sticker on inside cover, small stamp on back of leaves. Pages are falling apart, else in good condition with brilliant colours. - Einband Ecken berieben, Rückenleinen teils aufgeplatzt und am Fuß beschädigt. Seiten meist lose als einzelne Kartons, jedoch sauber, Abb. in frischen Farben. Bibliothekszettel auf dem v. Innenspiegel, Stempel auf den Rückseiten der Blätter. Gutes Exemplar. - Bilderwelt #1798: Die meisten karikierten Politiker sind heute wohl nur noch Historikern bekannt. Als Struwwelpeter fungiert der britische Löwe, der bitterböse Friedrich wird vom damaligen Kolonialminister Joseph Chamberlain dargestellt, der von einem Eber (engl. boar) als Sinnbild der Buren (engl. boer) ins Bein gebissen wird.
