Marblized covers that are very rubbed. Leather corners are all but rubbed off - can see boards too. Leather spine is very rubbed - can not see title information. Owner's name, date and address on front pastedown. FFEP has name, tear and several tiny holes (possibly made with pencil tip). Title page is missing 1" x 1/2" piece from top edge and also has similar tiny holes. Foxing. Rear endpaper is missing section of lower corner, is partially torn from binding and also has same tiny holes. Binding is split at gutters. 304 pages..
