Stated First Edition, Hardcover, Very Good; Very minor rubbing on the spine, else book is almost as new. How this heavy a book, and over 40 years old, can be in this wonderful condition, I just don't know. The pages are a nice slightly cream color, very easy on the eyes, and there is not a spot of foxing on the photo pages! No DJ. This is a heavy book and is not eligible for Priority or Air under standard fees..
