The corners are slightly rubbed and there are some defectscaused by insect activity along the bottom edge of the book. There are some dust marks to the top edge of the paper and other edges as well. Illustrated dustwrapper, showing a stylised bamboo plant, black on a brown background. White writing on the front panel and on spine. The dust wrapper is slightly faded, particularly on the spine. On the front and back fold overs there are some foxing spots and there are some chips along the top and bottom edges of dustwrapper.
